Are you excited about summer? So am I! Before you even consider lighting your propane grill, there are a number of things to consider for your safety and everyone around you. Here are some recommended best practices for summer grilling to help you get started.
Keep your grill at least 10 feet away from your house.
Keep children and pets away from the grill and up to 2 hours later.
Clean your grill regularly.
Check for propane leaks.
Keep decorations away from your grill.
Keep a spray bottle of water handy.
Keep a fire extinguisher within a couple steps of your grill.
Always turn on the propane, while your grill lid is closed.
Never, ever leave your grill unattended.
