My professional credentials are from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). IREM is the premier trainer of property managers in the USA and worldwide. They are affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and both have been based in Chicago for more than 80 years. I am a Certified Property Manager, an Accredited Residential Manager, an Accredited Commercial Manager, and recently completed their newest certification on Maintenance and Risk Management. I am a four-time Commercial Manager of the Year from the New England Chapter 4 of IREM.
I bring extensive experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, and condominium properties across New England. Over the years, I have worked with property owners, developers, homeowner associations, partnerships, and government agencies such as the FDIC, Resolution Trust Corporation, U.S. Marshals Service, and U.S. Department of Justice.
