With nearly forty years of experience in Residential and Commercial Property Management and Maintenance and more than a decade serving as a Premises Liability Expert Witness, I provide professional consulting and testimony across the United States.
I currently serve clients throughout Massachusetts, including Boston, and across New England in Providence, Rhode Island, Concord, New Hampshire, Hartford, Connecticut, and New Haven, Connecticut.
My work also extends through the Mid-Atlantic region, assisting clients in New York City, Newark, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
In the Southeast, I provide expert witness services in Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; and throughout Florida, including Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, and Tampa, as well as Nashville, Tennessee. Across the South and Southwest, I work with legal teams and property professionals in Austin, Houston, Dallas, El Paso, San Antonio, and Oklahoma City, as well as Phoenix, Arizona.
