I am a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with over thirty-five years of property management and maintenance experience managing residential, commercial, condominium, homeowner associations and industrial properties. I have seventeen years of experience in the management and maintenance of public housing.

 

I have seventeen years of experience as a national expert legal witness in the United States of America and Canada.
